About Me

As a military veteran who served almost a decade in the armed services and also worked many years in the corporate world, I really understand how life events, both personal and professional, can cause stress, anxiety, depression, panic and trauma responses.

I feel passionate about helping people work through anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD whether it's recent or historic events, supporting you to move forward, with healthier coping mechanisms, to help live a happier and more fulfilling life.

I worked as a volunteer counsellor for over 4 years, for a sexual assault and abuse support services charity that covers the Aylesbury Vale and Milton Keynes areas, where I have supported and worked with male and female clients. This involved working with adult survivors who have experienced sexual violence, rape, incest, domestic abuse, domestic violence, satanic ritual abuse, coercive control, and historic child sex abuse.

I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy).

I am a qualified ISVA (Independent Sexual Violence Advisor), and have previous experience of working as an ISVA, supporting agency clients who were going through the Criminal Justice Process.

I have experience of working with both military veterans, those currently serving in the military, as well as members serving in the Emergency Services including the Police.

I am fully insured and have been DBS checked.
